Description:
The Kairos III is a linear pendant that offers a clean, indirect fluorescent up-light with the option of attaching three of Bruck's 12 volt Uni-light fixtures for directional down light.
The directional Uni-light fixtures are easily installed with a simple click and twist into three Uni-light plugs located on the underside of the Kairos III fixture. Each Uni-light plug can accommodate up to 50 watts. (link to Uni-lights)
The indirect light is produced with a T-5 high output 54 watt fluorescent lamp that is preinstalled into the pendant (replaceable). A lens is then placed on top of the pendant to distribute the light evenly.
The Kairos III includes the ballast and the transformers inside its slender housing providing a simple line-voltage connection in the junction box. The indirect and directional down lights are pre-wired for separate switching. A square canopy is included to cover a standard junction box.

Relamping:
Always use only manufacturer recommended T5HO lamp. Remove prismatic lens cover and rotate red socket counterclockwise to remove existing lamp. Install new lamp and rotate red socket clockwise to locked position. LED not field replaceable.
CAUTION: Lamp might be hot. Turn off fixture and wait til lamp is cool to touch. Remove lamp carefully from socket (if needed, unscrew glass). Replace lamp.
